Terms of Service

1. Service operator and acceptance

Sandeesa is a digital invitation and software service operated by Abdul Rehman in Pakistan. The service is available at https://sandeesa.com.

By creating an account, placing an order, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any package or order-specific terms shown before payment. If you use Sandeesa for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

2. The digital service

Sandeesa provides tools and services for creating, hosting, customising, and sharing digital invitations. Features may include guest-specific links, event permissions, RSVP management, media, maps, calendar links, Wallet passes, and related support. The exact features, service period, limits, and price are those displayed for the selected package or confirmed in the customer's order.

3. Orders, prices, and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency and amount shown before purchase. Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and transaction information. An order is accepted when Sandeesa confirms it or activates the relevant service. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unavailable service, or a legal restriction, and will address any collected payment appropriately.

Payments may be processed by Safepay or another disclosed payment provider. The provider may apply its own customer terms and privacy notice. Sandeesa remains responsible for the digital service it sells; the payment provider facilitates the transaction.

4. Digital delivery

Access, invitations, designs, and other deliverables are supplied electronically. Delivery may occur through account activation, a dashboard, a published invitation URL, a private guest link, email, or another digital method stated in the order. Any expected delivery or customisation timeline will be communicated with the order or project confirmation.

Customers must provide required content, approvals, and access information on time. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate customer materials may change the delivery schedule.

5. Accounts and security

Customers are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding sign-in credentials and private invitation links, and activity performed through their accounts. Notify us promptly if an account or link may have been accessed without permission.

6. Customer content and permissions

Customers retain ownership of wedding details, photographs, audio, guest lists, RSVP information, and other material they provide. Customers give Sandeesa a limited licence to host, copy, process, display, adapt for technical presentation, and transmit that material only as reasonably needed to provide and support the service.

Customers confirm that they have the rights and permissions needed to:

• upload and publish their content, including photographs, music, and personal information;
• provide guest contact details and send invitations to those guests;
• authorise Sandeesa to process the content for the requested service; and
• comply with applicable law and respect privacy, intellectual-property, and publicity rights.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Sandeesa to:

• break the law, facilitate fraud, impersonate another person, or misrepresent an event;
• upload malware or content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, exploitative, or infringes another person's rights;
• send unsolicited bulk messages or use guest information for unrelated marketing;
• probe, bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse service security or access controls; or
• resell or commercially exploit the platform except under a written planner, agency, or partner arrangement.

8. Service changes and availability

We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We aim to keep paid services reasonably available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internet, device, browser, map, calendar, messaging, Wallet, hosting, and payment services may be affected by third parties outside Sandeesa's control.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse or fraud, comply with law, address unpaid amounts, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Customers may stop using the service at any time; payment consequences are governed by the Refund Policy and purchase-specific terms.

10. Intellectual property

Sandeesa's software, original templates, interface, branding, documentation, and platform content are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms do not transfer that intellectual property to customers. The Ownership page explains this boundary in more detail.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sandeesa is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by customer content or instructions, recipient sharing of private links, or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right.

12. Subscriptions

The billing structure for each package is shown before purchase. If Sandeesa offers a recurring subscription, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, included service, cancellation method, and effect of cancellation will be disclosed before the customer subscribes. A customer will not be enrolled in recurring billing merely by buying a one-time package.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the customer.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already earned under an accepted order unless permitted by law.
